Shipping Policy

For purchases made here, normal order processing is approximately 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in delivery/transit. Processing and transportation have different time windows, and actual arrival may vary.

Follow the tracking updates provided for your shipment, allowing time for the carrier to register new scans. Seasonal volumes, weather, holidays, and delivery inquiries can cause delays. We can investigate a late or missing parcel when you provide its order number, ordering email, and tracking reference.

A package marked delivered should be checked for at the address and with other recipients before you ask us to investigate with the carrier. Report transit damage using images or video of the goods and their packaging, keeping both available. Returns need authorization before mailing.
